How can I change the shipping address?

You can easily change the shipping address by accessing your profile on our website. Please note that any modifications should be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery.

How does the payment work?

When you subscribe, we will request your payment details. You can provide your credit or debit card information, and we will charge you for each bouquet 5 days prior to the scheduled delivery. If there are any issues with the payment, we will reach out to you.

My subscription is for a company, and I require an invoice.

Not a problem at all. In your user profile, you can download invoices and review details of your upcoming orders.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply send us an email at clients@internetflorist.biz. Please note that we require a week's notice before your next shipment. There is no commitment or penalty for canceling your subscription.
